CreatorReply AI ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome extension that helps influencer marketers generate professional emails using AI. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the extension:

• Anonymous device fingerprint — A non-personal identifier generated from publicly available browser signals (screen resolution, CPU count, timezone, canvas rendering). This is used solely to enforce the 3-day free trial and prevent abuse. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
• License activation code — If you purchase and activate a license, your activation code and device fingerprint are stored on our server to validate your license across devices.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identity information.
• We do not read, store, or transmit your email content to our servers.
• We do not track your browsing history or the websites you visit.
• We do not use cookies or advertising trackers.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. How AI Generation Works

When you generate an email, your keyword input is sent directly to the AI provider you selected (Chrome built-in Gemini Nano, DeepSeek, Claude, or Google Gemini). These requests use your own API key and are governed by each provider's privacy policy. We do not receive or store the content of these requests.

4. Local Storage

Your settings (AI provider preference, API keys, UI language) are stored locally in Chrome's storage.local on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly use an AI provider that requires a network request.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Our backend for trial management and license verification. Only your anonymous device fingerprint is transmitted. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• AI Providers — DeepSeek, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) are optional and only contacted when you select them and provide your own API key.

6. Data Retention

Device fingerprints and license records are retained on our server for as long as your license is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

This extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
